2. Timeframe Requirement
To maintain our quality standards, return or exchange requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Once the delivery day has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.
3. Refund Methods
Once your return is approved, you can receive your full refund through:

4. Product Condition
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of use or are not in their original state will not be eligible for a refund.
